2017 Athletic Einstein Showcase | Event Format

What makes our showcase unique is our responsiveness to the needs of our student-athletes as well as collegiate coaches. In considering their requests and needs, we have developed a format that allows for the most effective and efficient use of time for all participants. In order to accomplish this, our staff includes highly trained experts in the volleyball community from both the eastern and western regions of the state of North Carolina and Virginia. Our Court Coaches provide guidance and instruction on the court during drill work and court play. Our Skill Evaluators evaluate each student-athlete to identify strengths, weaknesses and overall skill level, relative to the all participants.

Position Play

During this portion of the showcase student-athletes will be divided into groups based on their registered position. Our Court Coaches will guide the student-athletes through a series of drills that are specific to their position.

Team Play

During this portion of the showcase all student-athletes will be assigned to a court, based on their skill level as determined by their evaluation. Student-athletes may participate on multiple courts during this time, depending upon their actual performance during the sets.

Coach's Recruiting Seminar

Each year we strive to provide student-athletes and their families with valuable information to assist them with the transition from high school to college. Whether they participate in collegiate athletics or not, we believe all high school student-athletes and their parents should be informed about the resources and opportunities available to them. Our coach's recruiting seminars, conducted by knowledgeable experts in their fields, are designed to answer the most frequently asked questions and address the most pressing concerns of both families and coaches.

2016 Athletic Einstein Showcase | Event History

The purpose of our showcase event is to connect NCAA and NAIA Volleyball Coaches to high school student-athletes with high academic records. Players who qualify academically, are provided an opportunity to perform in front of college recruiters in this action-packed showcase event. While this is the first showcase specifically designed for student-athletes with high academics, we have hosted multiple recruiting showcase events that included as many as 320 student-athletes and 100 volleyball coaches at one event. While we primarily host student-athletes from the south, we have had participants travel from as far away as Hawaii, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida. We are pleased to host student-athletes from anywhere in the world.

2017 Invited Colleges
While we have invited almost every college and university from the southeastern US, we have specifically targeted institutions who maintain high academic entrance standards.
