Starfish Standout Volleyball Showcase | Participant Details 2021
Registration for the Starfish Standout Showcase is still open. HOWEVER, IF YOU REGISTER AFTER FRIDAY NOVEMBER 1ST, 5 P.M.(EST) YOU WILL RECEIVE A GREY JERSEY. EVERYONE WHO REGISTERED BEFORE THIS DATE AND TIME WILL RECEIVE A JERSEY THAT IS COLOR AND NUMBER SPECIFIC TO YOUR GRADUATION YEAR AND THE POSITION YOU PLAY. AGAIN, REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN JUST BE AWARE YOUR JERSEY WILL LOOK DIFFERENT. COLLEGE COACHES WILL STILL BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY YOU ON VIDEO FOOTAGE AND OUR GUIDEBOOK APP.

Parents: Due to COVID-19 protocol, spectators must be limited to college recruiters. Parents and fans will not be permitted to enter the facility. With things ever changing we feel it is best to limit the indoor occupancy to players, staff and college recruiters. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Video Access: This year we are going to provide a video recording for FREE to all college recruiters who are registered for our event. Footage will be taken from each side of the court, providing all angles of play to be recorded. Recordings will be uploaded following the event and will be available for purchase.
What to bring/wear:
- Attire: You will be provided a tee shirt (in the size you indicated during registration) and a bottle of water. You are responsible for bringing whatever else you require during play (kneepads, shoes, asthma inhaler, etc…). You should wear whatever shorts you feel are most comfortable during play. Remember that recruiters will be there, so be mindful of that when choosing your attire. Most players wear a pair of black spandex shorts.
- Player Profile: Some players elect to bring a player profile or resume, outlining their volleyball accomplishments to provide recruiters. Many players do not. It’s your choice and is not expected. We don’t mind either way. We have found that colleges have not taken them with them.
- Snack/Food: We do NOT provide food and the snack bar at the facility is rarely open this time of year.

Colleges generally wait to register for the event about a week in advance. The list will be on-going and updated regularly, beginning in mid October 2021. If you would like to invite a college recruiter to the event to watch you play, please send them the below link so that they can register and inform us that they will be there.
